We are now at the critical moment to realize mid- to long-term economic growth as well as sustainable society in Japan. Every one of us should exert our own potential fully and bring about the positive cycle of growth and distribution.
As a key driver of productivity movement in Japan, Japan Productivity Center defines this year's objectives as follows;
1. Reconstruction of public platform for "The society that invests in the next generation",
2. "Productivity reform based on the increase of value added", and
3. "Reform work style to invigorate the society and the economy".
We will aspire to achieve the national consensus that will reform the entire society and the economy.

1.Reconstruction of public platform for "The society that invests in the next generation"

We will try to achieve the consensus on how to realize "The society that invests in the next generation" that will bring out the full potential of Japan and hope towards the future. We will make proposals on national policies so that it will strengthen the capability of policy formulation. We will promote the personal exchange between public and private sectors, develop human resources for the future public sectors as well as the leaders in the private sectors who will contribute to our country, and enrich the pool of people and intelligence.

2."Productivity reform based on the increase of value added"

We will pursue innovation and tackle with productivity reform that creates value. We will improve the service industry that has a room for growth and promote revitalization of local regions. We will promote the economy's metabolism to enhance the potential growth ability of Japan. We will enhance research on productivity and strengthen public relations capability.

3."Reform work style to invigorate the society and the economy"

We will promote the reform of work style to create positive cycle of economic growth through productivity improvement and work-life balance that respects the life style of each worker. To achieve cultivation of labor market where people enjoy diverse and flexible work style, we will support human resources with talent and willingness to flourish by promoting diversity and career development.
