The seminar on "The trait of Vietnamese workers and effective practices of hiring and training"

The seminar on "The trait of Vietnamese workers and effective practices of hiring and training" was held in Japan Productivity Center (JPC) of Shibuya, Tokyo on June 17, 2014.
The seminar featured three speakers. First, Mr. Kuroda, the Director of Global Management Center of JPC, reported about the result of the attitude survey of Vietnamese workers conducted by JPC. He then spoke about the right ways to deal with Vietnamese workers.
Next, Mr. Sakata, Global Recruiting Department Manager of Pasona Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd., joined from Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, via teleconferencing system to make a presentation and answer the questions from participants.
Lastly, Mr. Kenta Tsutsui, the Management Consultant of JPC, explained about the effective ways to encourage desirable actions and the steps to initiate change of behavioral pattern.
This seminar got nearly 20 participants mostly working in HRD departments. In the teleconferencing session, active discussion was made on topics such as "how to hire capable Vietnamese" and "how to avoid problems during interviews and relevant laws."
