Human Resource Development Conference in Ho Chi Minh City

The Japan Productivity Center has conducted the Human Resource Development Conference," on August 28 at the Vietnam-Japan Cooperation Center in Ho Chi Minh City. 35 people from Japanese companies in HCMC and Vietnamese enterprises participated.
In the conference, 9 sessions were provided simultanesously in three rooms during 9am to 5pm, and lectures on the theme such as "Management skills enhancement", "Becoming a self-directed manager", "Understanding the Vietnamese way"and so on.
Local institutions such as Vietnam National Productivity Institute, Pasona Tech Vietnam, Institute of Management and Technology Promotion, and AIMNEXT Vietnam also co-hosted this conferece. They delivered the programs in Vietnamese on the subjects as "Ho-ren-so (reporting, contacting, and consultation) ", "customer satisfaction improvement hospitality Seminar", "TWI:Training Within Industries", "Why Training Fails".
It is scheduled to have another seminars in Vietnam on a regular basis in the future. Next one would be conducted in mid-late November this year.
