In-plant Practice of JICA Training Course in Sasaki Co., Ltd.
(January 19 to March 5, 2015)
The Group Training Course on Practical Corporate Management for Productivity Improvement, hosted by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) was implemented from January 19 to March 5, 2015. After the intensive class room lectures on corporate management and productivity improvement, in-plant practice in Sasaki Co., Ltd, which is located in Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, was carried out. On the last day of in-plant practice, the participants presented "KAIZEN Proposal" to the President and the managers of Sasaki Co., Ltd. based on their observation and analysis of the factory operation by applying the acquired methods and skills to improve productivity.
