Sri Lanka Observational Study Mission on "Quality Customer Service through Productivity Enhancement"

The study mission requested via the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) was implemented in Tokyo from 19 to 21 May. The mission members were 4 from Bank of Ceylon and National Productivity Secretariat-Sri Lanka. The Japan Productivity Center (JPC) organized the programs so that the members could obtain a better understanding of the Japanese companies' practical approaches for the quality improvement and customer satisfaction in the service industries.
