Indonesian Minister of Manpower visits JPC
JPC team, near side, hosting the Indonesian delegation led by H.E. Mr. Hanif Dhakiri, far center left, Mr. Ben Perkasa Drajat, Deputy Chief of Mission, Indonesian Embassy in Tokyo, and Mr. Chairul Anwar, right, Director General for Training and Productivity and APO Director for Indonesia. On the back, delegates from APINDO (Indonesian Employers Association) and Astra International, Astra Daihatsu Motor, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia also attended the meeting.

JPC President Matsukawa welcomed the delegates, "JPC has long been collaborating together with Indonesian National Productivity Organization, which is the Directorate General for Training and Productivity within the Ministry of Manpower, through the APO (Asian Productivity Organization) Network. The source of Economic Growth lies in productivity enhancement, and it is universal issue to pursue better Labor Management Relations that brings higher productivity." Indonesian Minister of Manpower, H.E. Mr. Hanif Dhakiri replied, "Productivity is now a hot issue in Indonesia and closer relationship between the Government, the Employers, and the Employees is vital to achieve further productivity growth. I am interested in the JPC and its activities, role, and the relationship between the Government of Japan." Subsequently, JPC Executive Director and the Director of Work-Life Management Department Osaki explained the history of Japanese Productivity Movement, The Three Guiding Principle on Productivity Movement, Cooperation between Labor and Management, etc.
