Lecture of Japan Quality Award: JQA at JPC office
The study mission requested via Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, Ministry of Energy, Thailand, was carried out in Tokyo 20 June, 2016. The mission members were 5 in total. The Japan Productivity Center (JPC) organized presentations on the history of Japan Quality Award (JQA) and its system, practical approaches to companies/organizations in Japan. Mr. Yanagimoto, director of JQA, explained about JQA organization's visions, missions, and management styles/ Communication strategies and processes with stakeholders/ Strategies implementation and deployment/ Human Resource Development strategies and suitable learning environment/ Overall process managements.
